| Project Managers | B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Site Managers | B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Site Engineers | B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Surveyors | B.Sc. in Surveying or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Quantity Surveyors | B.Sc. in QS or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Technical Officers | NCT, NDT, NDES, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction field. |
| Draughtsman | With a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience and relevant qualifications. |
| Safety & Environment Officers | With a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience and relevant qualifications. |
| Supervisors | With a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience and relevant qualifications. |
