Interview for Recruitment on Assistants’ Service
I am pleased to inform you that you have been qualified to be called for the interview, which is to be held based on the results of the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Public Health Management Assistants’ Service -2021 (2025) conducted by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka on 31.08.2025.

02. Accordingly, the interview to check your qualifications for appointment to the post of Public Health Management Assistant will be held at the Ministry of Health and Mass Media.

03. You are hereby informed to be present for the interview at the scheduled time on the said date. You should also bring the following documents with you when attending the interview.

I. National Identity Card/ Valid Passport/ Valid Driving License or QR Code issued by the Grama Niladhari if the National Identity Card has been submitted for renewal.

II. Birth Certificate. (Original issued by the Divisional Secretariat or District Registrar)

III. Original copies of all educational certificates used for completing the examination application form. (G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L educational certificates should have been issued by the Sri Lanka Examinations Department)

IV. Original copy of school leaving certificate. (Issued by the Principal of the school attended last)

V. Photocopies of the documents mentioned in I, II, III, and IV above, certified by you as true copies.

VI. If there is even any slight difference between the name you use and the name mentioned in your birth certificate and other certificates, an affidavit in a formal form to explain the difference, (stating separately the different names as they appear in the relevant certificates and declaring that those names refer to the same person, you must place your signature on an uncancelled stamp and have it certified by a Justice of the Peace or a Commissioner for Oaths)

VII. Certificate of Residence obtained from the Grama Niladhari of the division where you reside (should be in the format D.S.4)

04. Furthermore, you are informed that if you do not attend this interview, you will be deemed to have rejected the appointment.

05. For an appointment, all the qualifications required for the relevant post should have been fulfilled as per the said examination notification published in the Gazette of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka No. 2,235 dated 02.07.2021. Please note that this interview is for the verification of qualifications, and it does not confer any right to appointment, and that the mere issuance of this letter
does not make you eligible for an appointment.
