SLIATE Visiting Lecturer Vacancies 2026

Applications are invited from qualified personnel for visiting lecturing on the subjects of the following Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes at the Advanced Technological Institutes (ATIs), under the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. Priority will be given to the visiting lecturers who are willing to visit respective ATIs to deliver lectures and contribute to paper setting and paper marking. Preference will be given to the degree holders in the relevant field or above-qualified persons from the District/ Province of the relevant ATI.

A duly completed application should be forwarded to the relevant Advanced Technological Institute by registered post on or before 28th February 2026. A copy of the application should be emailed to visitinglec@sliate.ac.lk. The words “Visiting Lecturer Application” should be indicated on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. The application should be sent to the relevant ATI that offers the HND Programme. Applicants attached to the Government and Statutory Bodies should forward their applications through the Head of the Department. All the educational & professional qualifications should be relevant to the subject undertaken by the Visiting Lecturer. Subject details are available at the Advanced Technological Institutes.
