Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited (LECO), a distribution utility in Sri Lanka, operates seven branches covering the coastal belt of the island from Negombo to Galle. The company serves over 650,000 consumers and has a workforce of approximately 1,400 employees.

LECO invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position.

Educational, Professional Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must satisfy either Route A or Route B below.

Requirement	Details
Route A – Professional Membership	Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications: Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka); OR Membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK; OR Membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. AND Four (04) years of post-qualifying experience at Accountant level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
Route B – Degree and Intermediate Examination	Applicants must possess: A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, B.Com, or Business Management from a UGC-approved university; AND Passed the Intermediate Examination of CA, CIMA, or ACCA. AND Nine (09) years of post-qualifying experience in the Accountancy / Audit field at Executive level in an organization with more than 100 employees.

Applicants must possess:

A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, B.Com, or Business Management from a UGC-approved university; AND
Passed the Intermediate Examination of CA, CIMA, or ACCA.

AND

Nine (09) years of post-qualifying experience in the Accountancy / Audit field at Executive level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
