The National Apprentice & Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), under the Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education, has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for 2025. Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens to fill a wide range of positions in engineering, technical, administrative, and support services.

Naita Job Vacancies 2025
- The application, using the prescribed form, should be forwarded with the names, addresses, and contact details of two non-related referees. Certified copies of all Educational Certificates should be enclosed along with the application. The application form could be downloaded from the official Website of the National Apprentice & Industrial Training Authority
- Applications from employees in the Government Department and Statutory Bodies should be forwarded through their Heads of Institutions, who should certify whether the applicant could be released to take up an appointment, if selected.
- The post applied for should be written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope that contains the application should be sent to the Chairman, National Apprentice & Industrial Training Authority, No.971, Sri Jayawardanapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya, by registered Post on or before 15th September 2025. If submitted via e-mail, it should be sent to
vacancies@naita.gov.lk on or before 3:00 p.m. on 15th September 2025, and the position applied for should be mentioned in the subject line of the e-mail
- If an applicant is applying for more than one post, applications should be submitted in separate envelopes along with copies of certificates for each post.
- The applications not complying with the above requirements will be rejected.
- After short-listing the received applications for each position, the management of the Authority will decide whether to conduct a written examination or/a structured interview for recruitment.
