VACANCIES
Applications are invited for the following post in the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE). The applications must be submitted to the Director General, SLIATE, No. 53A, Waidya Road, Dehiwala, under registered post on or before 20.06.2025.

Educational & Other Qualifications: – Degree from a recognized University in the relevant discipline
And
Ability to demonstrate in English.
Experience in System/Network Administration, Website Development, Software Development & Mobile Application Development would be an added advantage
- Salary: – Rs. 52,875 /-
- Allowances: – Cost of Living Rs.. 17,800/-
Selected candidates will become contributors to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), contributing 10% of their earnings, and the SLIATE will contribute 15% of their earnings from its funds and also contribute 3% of their earnings to the Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF).
Conditions of Service: –
The recruitment will be on a contract basis for one (1) year, and extensions will be considered based on performance.
The age limit is below 45 years for all categories. However, it will not apply to those who are in the permanent cadre in the Public/State sector.
Applicants in Government Departments, Corporations, and Statutory Boards should submit their original applications with the recommendation of the Head of the respective Institutions.
Selected applicants holding a pensionable post in Government Departments will have to obtain their release through the Director General of Establishments. However, they will not be entitled to pension rights whilst in the service of the SLIATE.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
The original application with a set of certified copies of the certificates should be submitted at the interview.
Applications received after the closing date will be rejected without intimation.
