Qualifications	Option (a): National Certificate in Technology or equivalent qualification with 3 years’ experience may be obtained while following the NCT course. OR Option (b): G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in 6 subjects in not more than 2 sittings, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor in the relevant field in a Government, Local Government or State Corporation or a recognized Engineering Establishment.

2. SWIMMING POOL SUPERVISOR – GRADE III
Qualifications	1. G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination in six (06) subjects in not more than two (02) sittings with five (05) credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil/English Language or Literature and Mathematics. AND 2. Passes in at least two subjects (other than the General Papers) at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination. Additional specific skills: A certificate issued by a recognized institution/association certifying proficiency in the following skills: Swimming and teaching of four basic swimming strokes. First Aid and lifeguard. Computer Literacy will be an added qualification.

Additional specific skills:
A certificate issued by a recognized institution/association certifying proficiency in the following skills:

Preference will be given to those who possess experience in Police/Armed Forces and active participation in sports activities, social welfare activities within the university and at national level. OR 2. A person who has experience in a post not below the rank of Major in the Armed Forces in Sri Lanka or not below the equivalent rank in Sri Lanka Police. Age: Should be not less than 30 years and not more than 45 years as at the closing date of applications.

Qualifications

1. A graduate of a recognized University/Higher Educational Institution.

Preference will be given to those who possess experience in Police/Armed Forces and active participation in sports activities, social welfare activities within the university and at national level.

2. A person who has experience in a post not below the rank of Major in the Armed Forces in Sri Lanka or not below the equivalent rank in Sri Lanka Police.

Qualifications	Applicants should possess one of the following: National Diploma in Technology or equivalent qualification in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology. Higher National Diploma in Engineering. Higher National Diploma in the relevant field. Diploma in the relevant field of at least two (02) years’ full-time duration obtained from a recognized institute, with one (01) year of experience in the relevant field in Medical Laboratory Technology. Important: Please note that for the position within the Health Centre, only candidates who have obtained the relevant qualifications in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology will be invited for the practical test.

Passes in all subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination (except the Common General Papers) at one sitting. Preference will be given to those who possess: An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than six (06) months’ duration obtained from a recognized institute. Two years of experience in the use of computer application packages. Post-specific qualifications: In addition to the above qualifications, candidates should possess: One year of experience in Store-keeping and/or a pass in the subject of Commerce at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination or in the subject of Accountancy at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination. Passes in all subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination (except the Common General Papers) at one sitting. Preference will be given to those who possess: An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than six (06) months’ duration obtained from a recognized institute. Two years of experience in the use of computer application packages. Post-specific qualifications: In addition to the above qualifications, candidates should possess: The National Certificate for Accounting Technicians of the Sri Lanka Technical College/College of Technology under the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training, or any other equivalent qualification obtained from a recognized institute. OR G.C.E. (A/L) Examination should be in the Commerce Stream.

Two years of experience in the use of computer application packages. Post-specific qualifications: In addition to the above qualifications, candidates should possess: Passes in three subjects expected at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination under the general educational qualification prescribed in the Schemes of Recruitment, one of which shall be Accountancy.
