Pass 6 subjects with 5 Credit Passes, including:

• Language

• Mathematics

• English Language

At not more than two sittings.

01	Diploma / Higher Diploma or higher qualification relevant to Computer Science, Information Technology or ICT from a UGC-recognized university or degree-awarding institution.
02	Diploma or higher course, or a course of not less than 1500 hours in Computer / Information Technology / ICT recognized by the UGC.
03	NVQ Level 5 or higher in Computer / Information Technology / ICT, or a course of not less than 1500 hours from a recognized institution.

🎂 Age Limit

18 – 35 years as at 18 September 2026.

Eligible birth dates: 18.09.1991 to 18.09.2008.

📍 Residency

Applicants must meet the specified Southern Province residency requirements.

📌 Important: Candidates must obtain at least 40% for each subject and an aggregate of at least 50% for the examination.

ICT	Operating systems, software, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database management, hardware, internet, and email.
Aptitude	Statistical ability and logical reasoning. The paper consists of 50 multiple-choice and short-answer questions.
